I am a yoga studio owner, live a vegan lifestyle and a lover of nature. As a passionate supporter of healthy living I love to share all my knowledge that moves you towards a healthy lifestyle. My free spirited approach and passion is influenced by many different trainings over the past 20 years which include Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Children's Yoga, Massage Therapy and many other healing modalities. A few of my daily joys are exploring nature, hiking, writing, cooking amazing vegan food and making a difference in the world.
