Hi! Lew and Jen here! Revitalize Life Fitness and Life Coaching was born out of a desire to help people regain or gain for the first time the energy and health they deserve. We found out quickly that fitness is very important but is not the only answer to health and wellness. There are so many aspects that need to be in balance for overall health and wellness!
