Natural health and wellness is something I had become passionate about when my husband and I had children and even more so as we searched for an answer to our middle son's health issues. On our journey to seek a more natural approach to health and wellness we have come to realize that a huge part of being whole is to live well; cultivating a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Essential oils have come to play a huge part in empowering us to achieve that and we utilize them every day.
