doTERRA brought the power of essential oils to life for me when I began using their products in 2015, though I first became aware of them three years prior. Why did I wait so long?! At the time, oils were a way to scent the home, nothing more. I decided to learn more about doTERRA, the quality of their products and began using them internally. I was experiencing seasonal discomfort related to my respiratory health. I decided to use peppermint, lemon & lavender in a veg capsule (like doTERRA's TriEase). In less than 4 weeks, I was gradually reducing my intake, with great results. I was ecstatic that I could support my health and wellness with essential oils! I continued to research and personally use essential oils aromatically, topically and internally. Now I am sharing essential oils with those who are open to the possibilities of natural wellness!
