Welcome friends! I discovered essential oils while on a women's self care retreat with my daughter about a year ago. I started off with the Family Essential Kit quickly fell in love. It's really important to me to use all natural remedies and safe products. I built up my collection over the last year so now my whole family uses them daily for all kinds of stuff. We use lavender and serenity for calming down before sleep. I use all the citrus blends (wild orange, lemon, and citrus bliss) for my winter blues. My husband even takes his own little kit on his bi-annual dude biking trip. We have our own special blend for bringing in the love such ylang ylang and frankincense.
