My name is Joanne and I live in California with my husband, Matt, and our two ragdoll kitties, Emma & Missy. I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, focusing on proper nutrition, regular (and fun!) exercise, and using NATURAL products. My goal is to reduce the toxic load (from processed foods, chemicals, synthetics, & artificial fragrances) that I and my family come in contact with, so that we feel GOOD and can maintain our quality of life as we age. I was first introduced to Essential Oils when a personal trainer at my gym offered me some samples that helped clear my congestion and stuffy nose so that I could breathe easier while exercising. I was AMAZED at how quickly it helped my symptoms and was super-excited to research and try other varieties of essential oils. Since then, I now use Essential Oils for better sleep, more energy, and I now spend less time feeling “under the weather”. My husband, who was skeptical at first, regularly uses several different essential oils & supplements, as they have made a tremendous change in his life, including bringing an end to chronic head pain. I also use essential oils in place of the toxic products previously used in my home, from room sprays, to household cleaners, to laundry products, to bug spray.
