Kim and Cindy are sisters that joined together to create a vision of hope through a business called Mind Body Soul. Several years ago their sister, Laurie, passed away after a long, debilitating illness. After Laurie's battle ended, theirs began.....Their experience and journey have taught them that when you go to the darkest places in your life that you can rise into serving and empowering other people in an alliance of gratitude and hope. They both had corporate backgrounds and were immersed in that faced paced world for many years. Kim and Cindy realized that their dreams weren't being met so they decided to leave that life behind and begin their passion of wellness and enroll at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. Through their journey of emotional and physical healing, they realized how imperative it is to take control of your health, bring your body into balance and experience a beautiful state of alignment and wellness.
