Try doterra essential oils!! They have gave me my life back!!! The fibro buster is my go to when I'm having a flair up. I use 20 drop each in a 10ml roller ball bottle of Roman chamomime, Lavender, wild orange, marjoram oil and top it off with fractionated coconut oil. Roll on back of my neck and let the oils get me back on track!! I also use doterra Life Long Vitality pack!
