Independent Wellness AdvocateAfter 20 years working as the Manager of Energy and Sustainability for the state hospital association a job I loved, I decided it was time to grow and take time to work on myself. In the past 18 months I have lost 62 pounds with the help of the Cleveland Clinic Diabetes Center and new found love of Cross-fit. Eastern medicine is an interest, and I hope to make oils a part of my life. I've been married for 28 years and am the proud mom of 4 adult children and 2 beautiful granddaughters. I loves people, and making sure that my positive attitude and love for life is reflected in my daily living.
