I discovered dōTERRA's On Guard protective blend many years ago and was so impressed with how it naturally supported my immune system that I haven't gone without it since. Soon I learned how this same blend could replace all the toxic cleaning products in my home and now essential oils support every area of my life ranging from sleep and relaxation and emotional support to aromatherapy that I and my fellow yogis love using when I teach yoga. I also love making blends for my friends and sharing the beauty and strength of these naturally occurring products that are available to us on this amazing planet. Even with all of these experiences and benefits I've gained from using essential oils, I still feel like my essential oil journey is just beginning.
