Incorporating EO in daily routine


While we all know that we can diffuse or apply essential oils, did you ever thought of the ways that you can make essential oil part of your daily routine? With the new normal of spending way more time at home, perhaps you can try these steps to go the essential oil way.

 

Morning
While you freshen up in the morning, try adding skin loving essential oils into your daily skin regime. Oils such as Geranium and Lavender are great for soothing skin while Tea Tree is a great option to help with skin cleansing.


Try adding a few drops of Peppermint into water as a morning boost to help you kick start the day.

 

Noon
Don’t let long afternoons at home draw you back. Try adding a few drops of Wild Orange into your tea to help soothe the long afternoons. Make sure that you having a clean work space by wiping down with Lemon essential oil.

 

Evening
Wind down your day by giving your loved ones a soothing massage. Add Lavender or Serenity to some water and spritz it onto your pillow to help end your long day of work from home.
