What are the qualifications for this promotion?
During the months of April and May, enroll 3 new members that order at least 100 PV, and you’ll receive a free Davana Touch; enroll 5 new members that order at least 100 PV, and you’ll receive a free Davana Touch and Jasmine 2.5 mL.

I participated in the promotion in April. Can I roll over the introductions and enrollments I made and count them for May?
Yes, you can qualify for this promotion once with your introductions and enrollments combined from April and May.

What is the difference between this Jasmine 2.5mL and the Jasmine Absolute/Touch?
The jasmine flower is lovely and fragrant, but also extremely delicate. Historically, a multi-step extraction method separating the waxes, resins, and volatiles from the delicate petals results in a final product being what is called an absolute. Steam distillation has never been an option due to the delicate nature of the jasmine petals. The new enrollee will need to place an additional order in April or May to put their total PV over 100.

What is the difference between price and PV?
PV is not the same as the dollar amount of the order. Although some products have PV and dollar amounts that match, this does not mean that PV equates to the dollar amount of the products. Please review your PV amount before processing your order.

When will I receive my free product(s)?
Those who qualified will receive a promo code via email within 5 business days of the promotion ending. They will then have the promotional items automatically added to their next order.

How long do I have to redeem my free product(s)?
Promo codes expire August 31, 2021.

How will I receive my product?
At the end of the month you will receive an email to the email address saved on file within 5 business days of the end of the promotion period. This email will let you know you've qualified for the product and when you will receive it.
