Why didn't my LRP process?


Top 7 Reasons a Loyalty order did not process:

1. The start date is set to a date in the future

2. The batch number is incorrect, or does not match the run/ start date

3. There are one or more items on backorder

4. There are one or more items that have out-of-date/bad SKU numbers

5. The template was already generated that month

6. There was an order created by the template, but the credit card declined. Because of this, the order is being  held at a Status 1

7. A person changed their LRP date to the current day or created the LRP the day of rather than the day before (for example, on the 8th they set their LRP date for the 8th)
