Rather then taking Ibuprofen or aspirin for my headaches, I use Peppermint. For relief from my allergies, I use 3 drops each of Peppermint, Lavender and Lemon in a tablespoon of honey. When my husbands has a muscle or back ache, he will use Deep Blue cream mixed with the Deep Blue oil and it works wonders!
