Curbside pickup is available from Monday to Friday at the Pleasant Grove, Utah, Product Center from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our curbside delivery can be used for up to six orders. (To pick up seven or more orders or more than 150 items, please visit our bulk ordering information page here.)

Curbside Guidelines

  • Order(s) must be placed prior to texting.
  • Text “1” to (844) 991-1029 to request curbside pickup.
    • You’ll be asked to provide your name and order number(s).
  • Once you arrive at the Product Center, text “2” to (844) 991-1029.
    • You’ll be asked to provide your name and stall number.
    • Please have your photo ID ready when the agent comes out with your order(s).
  • Changes to orders can’t be made via curbside pickup. Please walk into the Product Center or call Member Services at +1 (800) 411-8151 if order edits are necessary.
  • Once an order has been requested for curbside service, it’s no longer available through the main Product Center line.

How long will it take for me to have my order(s)?
It can take up to 15 minutes to process a curbside service pickup.

Can I pick up for family, people on my team, and so on?
You can pick up orders for such people, but we do require both ID and order numbers to ensure accuracy of order fulfillment.  

How many orders can I pick up?
You can request up to six orders for both curbside pickups and walk-ins. If you need to pick up seven or more orders or more than 150 items, please submit your orders to our bulk services by emailing orderpickup@doterra.com.

What time is curbside pickup available?
It’s available from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Product Center is also open for walk-ins from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Is curbside the only way to pick up orders?
No, you can walk into the Product Center from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
