Q & A

  • Adaptiv®, Copaiba, and Bergamot.
  • The products are incredible—and the mission is even better!
  • Life is too short to spend time on things (and food) that don’t bring you joy.
  • It was like being kicked off a cliff in a trash can.
  • Motivation comes and goes, for sure. Sometimes I feel like I can conquer the world. Other times I feel like the world is conquering me. And those feelings can shift in a matter of hours. My motivation comes from being honest with myself about the effort I’m putting into my training every day. Some days are better than others, but fighting to do my best instead of focusing on my goal of winning gold at the Olympics is what keeps me motivated. Success is a journey, not a destination.
