PLEASANT GROVE, Utah—April 24, 2019—doTERRA, the world leader in the essential oils market, is responding to exponential growth in Canada and other global markets with leadership changes. Under the leadership of Jared Auger, who will be taking on a new title in Europe, doTERRA Canada has experienced significant growth over the past several years. Building upon that energy will be the new Canada General Manager, Bekah Nixon, who will be joined by Suzanne Viehweg, Director of Marketing, and Austin Ruff, Market Development Manager. Together, this new leadership team will build upon the foundation already laid to continue to expand doTERRA Canada by bringing the highest quality essential oils to individuals and families.

As the new Canada General Manager, Bekah Nixon, brings over twenty years of notable experience in global marketing, entrepreneurship, events, branding, and product development. Over the last decade, she has become an expert of the essential oil industry and most recently directed the team that produced monumental products such as the doTERRA Kid’s Collection and Yarrow|Pom Essential Oil. Prior to joining doTERRA, Bekah’s professional career included starting her own business as well as high-level leadership positions—such as Director, Vice President, and President—in various companies where she has been recognized as a distinguished asset. Supremely passionate about people, product, and growth, she looks forward to creating long-term channels of support within the Canada Market in her new role.

Joining doTERRA Canada as the new Director of Marketing, Suzanne Viehweg brings bustling talent and an aptitude for growth. Her impressive record of promotional, digital and news media marketing has given her over a decade of noteworthy experience in communication management. As a skilled cross-departmental liaison, marketing strategist, and broadcast journalist, Suzanne understands market development from a unique and valuable angle. She thrives on highlighting the good news in the world and has dedicated many of her on-air and social media talents to philanthropic causes. Suzanne’s skillset has made her the perfect addition to doTERRA and its mission. She looks forward to beginning this new phase of her career by lifting doTERRA Canada to new heights.

As the new Senior Market Development Manager, Austin Ruff, looks forward to creating partnerships with the Canada market that will allow him to support leaders in realizing their personalized goals. As an experienced sales and leadership manager, he has made impressive contributions to the doTERRA Account Management, Diamond Club, and Market Development programs.
