dōTERRA Members Volunteer in Thailand Orphanage

dōTERRA Wellness Advocate Jennifer Gebhart and family provide supplies to Sarnelli House, an orphanage in Thailand

As volunteers with the Thailand-based orphanage Sarnelli House, doTERRA Wellness Advocate Jennifer Gebhart and her family worked with doTERRA leader Kari Ryan and the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation™ to collect donations in support of their 2016 volunteer experience.

Sarnelli House is an orphanage in Thailand that houses approximately 160 children from infant to young adult. The orphanage takes in children that were abandoned by their families, and many of whom are HIV/AIDS positive. The orphanage cares for these children and provides them skills and opportunities so they can thrive in life beyond the orphanage.

During their trip to Thailand, Jennifer and her family worked particularly on lice treatments for children at the orphanage. Volunteers also delivered supplies on this trip; these supplies help the nurses to better care for the children at Sarnelli House.

“Above all else,” says Jennifer, “we went there to love everyone, including the staff. Thank you for your generous donation to match our fundraising efforts. I am so thankful to be serving alongside all of my doTERRA family, and am proud to be part of a company that truly stands behind their purposes and beliefs.”
