Hygiene Materials and Essential Oils Delivered to Children in Ethiopia

Hope Church Missions delivered products to children at a Compassion International site in Fitche, Ethiopia.

A product donation to the organization Hope Church Missions, sponsored by doTERRA leaders Kamille and Jason Breuer, was delivered to Fitche, Ethiopia, by Wellness Advocate Sheila Swenson during a mission trip in January of 2017. A successful product fundraising campaign with the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation™ provided over 400 Ethiopian children with hygiene products including soap, toothpaste, lotion, haircare products, essential oils, and other personal items.

“Thank you so much,” Garrett Swenson, husband of Sheila Swenson, said in a message to the foundation when they had returned from their expedition. “Your support is helping children in great need, helping to support the health of many, and is offering the opportunity for a better life in a country that needs help.”
Essential oils were donated to the facility in addition to the personal items, and education was provided to site managers and teachers regarding the uses and benefits of those oils. The children on this site utilize the space as a safe place to learn and grow, and these donations are helping these children live healthier, more productive lives.
