Donation Encourages Help for Survivors of Sexual Abuse

dōTERRA Wellness Advocate Hailey Allen and her nonprofit organization Helping SAVE are assisting victims of sexual abuse in their recovery.

Helping SAVE is a nonprofit organization that offers classes and activities to victims of sexual assault and survivors of sexual abuse. These classes are free to attend and are held in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties in Utah.

The organization was founded, and continues to be run, by doTERRA Wellness Advocate Hailey Allen. As a survivor of sexual abuse herself, she is dedicated to providing hope and healing to others with similar experiences.

In 2016, Hailey partnered with doTERRA leaders Doug and Rachelle Castor and the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation™ in a matching campaign. Donations were used to hold 11 healing art classes and 5 yoga and African dance classes. Additionally, this campaign allowed Helping SAVE to provide comfort bags to dozens of survivors; these bags offer techniques to assist in grounding, increase happiness, and improve sleep for survivors.

“We have been able to give hope to dozens of individuals in our community through your donations,” says Hailey. “We are so incredibly grateful to the doTERRA Healing Hands Foundation their incredible support.”
