Speaker: Austin Ruff, Market Development Manager

Austin joined doTERRA in early 2013 with over seven years of experience in the customer service and sales industry. Since joining doTERRA he has expanded his knowledge and experience in several departments to better understand the company and essential oils. Austin believes doTERRA’s high quality essential oils, Co-Impact Sourcing initiative, and Healing Hands foundation are what set us apart from any other company on the market today. He currently lives in Pleasant Grove, UT with his wife Emily and enjoys playing soccer. Austin is very passionate about doTERRA and helping others reach their goals by creating partnerships with Wellness Advocates to help them grow their business.

Speaker: Nicole Stevens, Director—Essential Oil Research & Formulation

Nicole Stevens has been conducting research with essential oils for more than 20 years. She holds of Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing and a Master’s degree in Botany and Integrative Biology from Brigham Young University. Nicole has worked in quality control laboratories in the nutraceutical industry as well as academic research laboratories at the University of Utah and the University of Nevada Las Vegas Cancer Research Institute. Nicole is dedicated to advancing our understanding of essential oils through research and education. She is currently a PhD candidate in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Miami, where she is studying the effects of essential oils on human physiology.
