Both General Sessions will be live and have the exact same agenda for each day. Track B (SPCC) will simply be on a two-hour delay from Track A (example: David Stirling will present at 9:00 am in Track A (Vivint) and again at 11:00 am in Track B). You will not miss a thing. Once on-site, you cannot change venues. Your ticket is good for only the track you have chosen upon purchase. Doors will open at 7:00 am for Track A for Thursday and 7:30 am on Friday and Saturday. 

ASL interpretation, all language translation and closed captioning are available in Track A General Session. The translation provided in Track B will be Spanish, French, ASL, and Captioning. Reserved seating is provided to our Diamond and above leaders as well as to those requiring ASL interpretation.

PLEASE NOTE: Saving seats is against event policy. Please assist us in allowing everyone the chance to have a great seat! We understand that needs may arise to use the restroom or grab water and you may need to ask your traveling companion to watch your items—that is totally fine. However, Event Security will remove any large areas of saved seats immediately.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO TRACK A IN THE ARENA: Since the Arena has been newly renovated, many things have changed, including security procedures. The doors will be open at 7:00 am on Thursday and 7:30 am on Friday and Saturday, at Entrances 2, 5, and 8. See those entrances on a map here. Every person will need to go through a metal detector and have their bags searched.

Along with Vivint SmartHome Arena, we are committed to making the experience in the arena comfortable and safe for everyone. For a list of prohibited items, please review the guest guide here. However, you WILL be allowed to bring in your doTERRA convention backpack. We ask that you limit yourself to your convention backpack OR one other bag, that is lightly packed, as to move through security quickly. 

Outside food and beverage is prohibited by the arena, especially commercially prepared meals or large amounts of food. If you have special food allergies/needs, you will be able to bring in a small snack, sandwich, or bar for yourself. 

You will be able to bring in empty water bottles, but no glass bottles. There will be water stations inside to fill your water bottles and concessions available for purchase.

There will be many traditional concession outlets open, but several of the options will have fresh, healthy food. There will also be some snack carts with some healthier options like fruit and veggie cups.

If you have concerns about being able to comply with the security or outside food policy, a good option is to transfer to Track B (Salt Palace) BEFORE checking in at convention. You can do so by calling Customer Service 1-800-411-8151 or emailing convention@doterra.com.

Celebration Gala

Headshots for Silver and above leaders for the recognition magazines will be held in Hall A from 5:00 pm–6:00 pm. This black-tie dinner is a highlight of each convention. Join us as we celebrate and recognize our new Diamonds, Blue Diamonds, Presidential Diamonds, Double Diamonds, Double Blue Diamonds and Double Presidential Diamonds. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm.  Following our recognition portion of the evening, dance the night away with an exciting band. Tickets are required and are $75 per person. Convention attendees and guests are welcome to attend. No children under 17 are allowed at this event.

doTERRA Global Campus Tours

9:00 am–4:00 pm

Buses from Salt Lake City to Pleasant Grove, Utah, where the doTERRA Global Campus is located, will depart hourly. The first bus will depart at 9:00 am and the last will depart at 3:00 pm. Please plan for at least three hours to complete the tour from departure to return. ASL interpretation and language translation will be available during hours stated during registration.
