Cleaning Tip

Easy Microwave Cleaner

  1. Heat a cup of water with 3–4 drops of Lemon oil for 4 minutes, (just to the point of steaming).
  2. Let sit for about 5 minutes, then carefully take out the cup.
  3. Wipe down the microwave and you’re good to go!

  • 1 banana
  • Few ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons hemp hearts
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Slim & Sassy® V Shake*
  • 2 drops Wild Orange essential oil

Personal Spa Tip

Mint Mojito Salt Soak

  • 2 cups Epsom salt
  • Fresh mint, finely diced
  • Juice and zest of one lime
  • 3–5 drops Peppermint essential oil
  • 3–5 drops Spearmint essential oil
  • 3–5 Lime essential oil
* In a small bowl, add salt, mint, and lime juice and zest. Stir everything together. Then add essential oils. Mix together until fragrance well combined. Add ½ cup of salt to your bath.
