  • This Points Plus promotion is only for New Zealand Wellness Advocates and Wholesale Customers.
  • The qualification period for this Points Plus promotion runs for the months of October, November and December 2020.
  • Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) orders placed outside the qualifying period (1 October to 31 December 2020 at 11.59 MDT) do not qualify.
  • You must process your order on a Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) template.
  • Loyalty Rewards (LRP) orders must be 50PV or more to count as a qualifying order.
  • Loyalty Reward Program (LRP) orders can be processed through the New Zealand warehouse or NFR (Orders through the US) but the individual order must have a minimum of 50 PV.
  • Any returns processed will drop the value of the order which will mean that it will not count as a qualifying order.
  • PV is not equal to the cost of an order. Before completing an order, the individual ordering must verify that the order is 50PV.
  • Loyalty Reward Program (LRP) orders below 50 PV will not count for this promotion. LRP orders throughout the month will not be added together for a combined total of 50PV or more. Individual LRP orders must achieve 50PV to qualify.
  • New Zealand Wellness Advocates or Wholesale Customers who process 50PV Loyalty Program (LRP) orders in October, November and December will receive 50 product points in January 2021. You must process a qualifying order in each of the months to qualify. The points will be added to accounts by the end of January 2021.

  1. I do two LRP orders in a month will the PV value of those orders be added together?
    No, for the purpose of the promotion your Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) order must be a minimum of 50PV to count as a qualifying order.
  2. I do one LRP order through the New Zealand warehouse in a month and I also do an LRP order through the US. Will that count towards my total PV?
    Provided the order has a minimum PV of 50 it can be processed through the New Zealand warehouse or the US warehouse and count as a qualifying order.
  3. Will enrolment orders count for the purpose of this promotion?
    Enrolment Orders will not count for this promotion. Qualifying orders must be submitted as a Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) order.
  4. Will the points be in my account as soon as I process an order?
    Points are added to your account after commissions have run in January 2021 provided you have processed a 50PV order in October, November and December. This means you can expect to see your points after the 15th of January 2021, before the end of the month.
  5. Can I use points to purchase any product? And how many points do I need?
    Most but not all products have a point value. Any Limited Time Offer (LTO) or BOGO cannot be purchased on points. Additionally, new products usually cannot be purchased on points. Each product has a points value attributed to it – you can find these on the Point Redemption Form which is available on the website. Please note that the points value of the product is not the same as the personal volume or PV.

    For example: Ylang Ylang is 39.50 PV and you can redeem it using 43 points.

    Frankincense is 77.50 PV and you can redeem it using 68 points.

  6. How do I know how many points I have?
    When you log into Virtual Office and display your dashboard, you can see how many points you currently have by looking at the top left hand corner.
