How do I qualify for the incentive trip?

When does the qualification period begin and end?
2023 Incentive Trip qualifications run from 1 March 6.00PM AEDT 2023 - 1 June 3.59PM AEST 2023 (1 March 12.00AM MST – 31 May 11.59PM MDT 2023)

How frequently will the rank status be updated online?
Standings will be updated once a week beginning 21st March 2023 on the doTERRA Australia and New Zealand

Can I participate if I am based in another market?
No, unfortunately the 2023 AUNZ Incentive Trip is only open to eligible Wellness Advocates based in the Australia and New Zealand markets.

If I enrol a new person in March, and they submit their LRP in April, skipping May– do I still earn maximum points?
No. New enrolees need to place an LRP in all qualifying months after enroling (April and May) in order to receive maximum points. LRP Orders do not have to be submitted during consecutive months to earn points, though they must be submitted during the qualification period.

How many winners will be selected?

If I qualify and want my family to come too, can I pay their way on the trip?
Once all prize winners have confirmed their attendance on the trip as priority, information will be made available from the travel agent team as we get closer to the trip. This is dependent on spaces and availability permitting.

When will confirmed winners be awarded product points?
Product credit points will be awarded to the winners by the end of June 2023

When will the winners be notified?
Winners will be announced in June 2023 at the AUNZ Convention

If I want to purchase the trip can I book direct with the hotel?
No, attendees will not be permitted into the doTERRA private events if they book direct with the hotel, only those who purchase their trip through doTERRA will be invited.

What if I earn a spot on the trip but am unable to attend? Will I be able to receive a different award?
Unfortunately not. 2023 Incentive Trip prizes are non-transferable or redeemable for another prize. Prize winners who do not attend the trip will receive 50% of awarded product points which will be added to their account after the trip date.

If my personal enrolee reactivates their account, or upgrades from a Wholesale Customer to a Wellness Advocate, do I earn enrolment points?
In order to earn enrolment points for Incentive Trip 2023, the enrolment must be a brand-new enrolment. Reactivations and upgrades will not earn points

What is the minimum points requirement for the 2023 Incentive Trip?
To qualify for 2023 Incentive trip, a minimum of 80 points must be earned.
