Qualifying for Incentive Trip 2021


If you haven’t already heard, Incentive Trip is back for 2021 and Qualifications are well and truly in full swing. Experience picturesque sunsets, crystal blue oceans, horizontal waterfalls and stretches of perfect, white sandy beaches in the Kimberley. If you’re thinking this is too good to be true, it certainly isn’t! This year, it is easier to qualify than ever before, so make yourself familiar with the requirements, set yourself a goal and get ready to come along on a unique outback experience with us in Broome, WA.

Here are a few handy tips to help get you started!
 

  1. Be organised – Familiarise yourself with the qualification criteria. Click here to check out the Qualification Criteria animated video. Choose a prize level and set a goal – break the goal down into short term targets E.g. how many enrolments per week and keep yourself accountable to these goals. Have your plan for the following month written into your calendar by the end of the previous month – being organised keeps you ahead of the game!
     
  2. Invite, enrol, follow up – You may have been hosting classes for a while but now it’s time to take it up a notch. If you haven’t been getting out and inviting people to your classes, this is your chance. Look around you, at the shops, grocery store, your local café or your gym – step out of your comfort zone and start the conversation because you never know who could use a little more doTERRA in their life. Always be living doTERRA and carry samples with you, this is a great way to start the conversation and invite them to your class to learn more.

    Enrolments are important, but follow ups may be even more important - make sure you follow up every enrolment! This could simply be an email or a phone call to check in to see how your enrolee is doing and if you can assist them with anything further. It’s a great way to build a strong relationship with your team.
     
  3. Promote Incentive Trip – What’s better than heading to Broome on your own? Taking your team along with you! What are you doing to promote Incentive Trip within your team? Create excitement and plan ahead for the next 3 months. Celebrate success and reward your team for enrolling new people, this will ensure they stay motivated and driven.
