The vanilla planifolia plant is in the Orchid family, with yellow-white flowers that produce odourless pods or beans. After a labour-intensive harvesting process, the beans are ground into small pieces to preserve the natural vanilla aroma. A two-step extraction process captures the constituents from the beans to create the absolute. We combine this absolute with Fractionated Coconut Oil and the result is doTERRA Madagascar Vanilla. How to Qualify

Due to such high popularity, Madagascar Vanilla (5 ml) replaced Helichrysum Touch (10 ml) as the free item. Effective from 07:00 GMT/ 08:00 CET/ 09:00 EET on 15 February, this change was made to make sure you can still enjoy Helichrysum Touch (10 ml) outside of the promotion over the coming months. 

Will I receive a Helichrysum Touch (10 ml) or Madagascar Vanilla (5 ml)? 

If you placed a 150 PV or more order on or before 14 February 2023, you will receive a free Helichrysum Touch (10 ml). For orders placed on or after 15 February 2023, a free Madagascar Vanilla (5 ml) will apply. 

Who is eligible to qualify for this promotion?

All members are eligible for this promotion including Wellness Advocates, Wholesale Customers and Retail Customers.

How many times can I qualify for this promotion?

You may only qualify for this promotion up to five times during the month.

What types of orders qualify for this promotion?

All types of orders can qualify for this promotion, including Standard, Loyalty (LRP), Retail and Enrolment Orders.

What products can I purchase to reach the minimum PV requirement for this promotion?

You can purchase any doTERRA product as long as your order reaches the minimum PV requirement stated. If you are a new member enrolling with this promotion together with the FREE Membership incentive, please be aware that enrolment kits are excluded from the FREE Membership incentive and the single customised order must meet the PV requirements

How do I receive the free product(s) stated in this promotion?

During checkout, the free product(s) will automatically be added to your order and will appear on the invoice with a 0€/£ amount.

  • PV: stands for Personal Volume. All products have a set amount of PV, which is often the wholesale value of the product, minus sales tax, shipping & handling charges. PV is NOT equal to the cost of an order. To view the set amount of PV for a specific product, please see the product description.
  • Enrolment Order: an enrolment order is the first order placed by a new Wellness Advocate or Wholesale Customer that includes either an enrolment kit or products of choice, in addition to the enrolment fee.
  • Standard Order: one-time order made by a Retail Customer, Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate.
  • Loyalty Order (LRP): one-time or recurring order made by Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate.
  • Monthly Loyalty Order: used to specify a monthly, recurring Loyalty Order (LRP) from a One-Time Loyalty Order.
  • One–Time Loyalty Order: used to specify a one-off Loyalty Order (LRP) from a Monthly Loyalty Order.
  • Before placing the order, you must verify that the order is 150 PV or more.
  • If your single order is 300 or PV or more, you will only receive the free items once. You can only qualify once per order.
  • Orders, once placed, cannot be changed, adjusted or combined to qualify for the promotion.
  • Orders placed outside of the promotion period do not count for the promotion. No exceptions will be made.
  • Free products don’t have a cash value and cannot be traded or returned for points.
  • Wire Transfer payments must be received by the 10th of the following month in order to count toward the promotion. No exceptions will be made in this regard.
  • Separate orders adding up to the PV required to qualify for this promotion do not qualify. Only a single order meeting the PV requirement will qualify for the free product(s).
  • If you qualified for the promotion and did not receive free product(s), please contact Member Services no later than 31 March 2023. Exceptions will not be made after this date.
  • If you are a new member enrolling with this promotion together with the FREE Membership incentive, please be aware that enrolment kits are excluded and that your single customised enrolment order must meet the PV requirements.
