Considered a Culture Specialist she creates impactful, high energy events and enjoys taking doTERRA into the pockets of New Zealand.  Steph is constantly inspired by the stories shared and takes opportunities on the road wherever possible to share our Essential Oils.   Steph is blessed to have one epic teenage son and supportive husband and cherishes time at home together.

Kim groups her strengths in leadership, communication to empower others to achieve and exceed their goals.  With over twenty years’ experience in both corporate and field-based direct sales based roles, tertiary qualifications in Business Management, she is dedicated to serve, unlock barriers and celebrate each individuals unique strengths.  People are her passion. She sees everyday as an opportunity to learn, grow and nurture relationships, and is excited to use her own strengths to further empower the Australian doTERRA family to live, share, build, lead and multiply.  Kim is a proud wife of Ryan, mother of two boys (who are her life’s greatest work) and lives by the mottos of ‘being of service’ and ‘spreading kindness and positivity’ wherever she goes.

During the last 8 years, Rochelle has influenced many people in taking control of their lives and health through the benefits of essential oils.  She studied communications at Utah Valley University where she realized her desire was to work with and help people; doTERRA was a perfect match for her that combined her passion of living a healthy lifestyle and caring for others. Rochelle worked as an Executive Account Manager in the US, where she gained an extensive knowledge of doTERRA’s unique compensation plan and doTERRA culture. She is loving this amazing opportunity here in Australia to work as an Executive Account Manager to help our leaders reach their goals and share doTERRA in every home.

Dylan Petty

Silver, Gold & Platinum AU/NZ Account Management Team Leader

Dylan has a spent the last 2 years working with doTERRA business builders to create business plans, setting/ achieving business goals, and maximize their personal businesses. With a Masters in Teaching, training and help people learn is something he is incredibly passionate about. Since being at doTERRA, he has had the great opportunity to work with all different ranks and business sizes, from Silver to Blue Diamond. Having been exposed to such a wide range of doTERRA business builders, he has gained an in-depth appreciation for all those who choose to partner with doTERRA, he is constantly inspired by the incredible community doTERRA creates.
