Q: What time does on-site registration begin?
On-site registration will be available Tuesday, October 1 from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. in the South Foyer at the Salt Palace Convention Center and 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 2. Silvers and above (VIP) can register beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1.  

Q: Is there a daily rate if I can only attend one day?

No, we have one price that includes all the exciting events at convention.


Q: Are there any group rates available at local hotels?
Yes, dōTERRA has arranged competitive room blocks.

This year we will not be offering meal tickets for lunch. There are many options surrounding the Salt Palace Convention Center for lunch. Additionally, we will have many concession stands available with sandwiches and fresh fruit type options.

Q: Can I bring my own food to the convention?

No outside food may be brought into the convention center, including sack lunches or snacks brought from home.

Q: Can I participate in the VIP Product Showcase Sneak Peek?
We look forward to inviting all Silvers and above for our VIP Product Showcase Sneak Peek on Tuesday, October 1, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Salt Palace Convention Center.

Q: How can I purchase tickets to the Celebration Gala?
Celebration Gala tickets can be purchased through our registration portal. Hurry! seating is limited and tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. No Celebration Gala tickets will be sold on-site at the conference.

Registration can be modified by adding a meal ticket or gala ticket after conference registration has been completed as well. You will need your confirmation number in order to modify your registration, if you need an additional copy of your number please email acoberly@doterra.com or your account manager.


Q: Will interpretation be available?
Yes, all corporate convention events will have interpretation available in the following languages; Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and ASL.

Q: How do I get my interpretation equipment? 
Equipment will be available for checking out in the registration area on Tuesday, October 1 as well as Wednesday, October 2.


Q: Can I bring my children to convention?
We welcome mature children 14 years and above in any of the General Sessions and Breakout Sessions provided they are not disruptive and are accompanied by a parent, tickets must be purchased for each person attending. There is no charge for nursing infants. dōTERRA will provide a Mother’s Lounge with live feed. Please be considerate of those around you when bringing nursing infants.

Q: I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be made in writing by fax to 801-355-0250 or email to thc@housingregistration.com and received no later than August 30, 2013. All Cancellations will be assessed a $50 fee through July 14, 2013; $100 fee through August 16th, 2012. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 30, 2012. Pre-registration closes September 16, after this date registration must take place on site.

Children under the age of 14 will not be permitted unless express written consent is given by dōTERRA. No substitutions permitted; a $50 transfer fee will be charged for any guests cancelling and transferring their registration to another individual.
