Q: What is the registration price schedule?
March 1 – June 17 (Early Bird) $149 + FREE 15 ml Slim & Sassy
June 18 – August 31 $199
September 1 – On Site $225
New IPCs can take advantage of special pricing at $125 within the first 30 days of membership, includes a free 15ml bottle of Slim & Sassy Metabolic Blend.
Slim & Sassy will be given at registration.
Q: What time does on-site registration begin?
On-site registration will be available Wednesday, September 12 from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. in the South Foyer at the Salt Palace Convention Center and 7:00 – 9:00 a.m. Thursday, September 13. Silvers and above (VIP) can register beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 12.
Q: Is there a daily rate if I can only attend one day?
No, we have one price that includes all the exciting events at convention.
ACCOMMODATIONSQ: Are there any group rates available at local hotels?
Yes, dōTERRA has arranged competitive room blocks.

Q: How do I purchase a meal ticket?
Meal tickets are available for $75, which includes three gourmet lunches (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) at the Salt Palace Convention Center. You can purchase your meal ticket through your registration or call The Housing Connection at 866-748-9563.
Registration can be modified by adding a meal ticket or gala ticket after conference registration has been completed as well.
There are many restaurants located within walking distance around the Salt Palace Convention Center as well as some small concession stands (sandwiches, fruit, etc.) within the center.
Q: Can I bring my own food to the convention?
No outside food may be brought into the convention center, including sack lunches or snacks brought from home.
Q: Will I be recognized at the ENGAGE 2012 Convention?

Q: Can I participate in the VIP Product Showcase Sneak Peek?
We look forward to inviting all Silvers and above for our VIP Product Showcase Sneak Peek on Wednesday, September 12, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. at the Salt Palace Convention Center.
Q: How can I purchase tickets to the Celebration Gala?
Celebration Gala tickets can be purchased through our registration portal. Hurry! seating is limited and tickets are available on a first come first serve basis. No Celebration Gala tickets will be sold on-site at the conference.
Registration can be modified by adding a meal ticket or gala ticket after conference registration has been completed as well. You will need your confirmation number in order to modify your registration, if you need an additional copy of your number please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Will interpretation be available?
Yes, all corporate convention events will have interpretation available in the following languages; Spanish, Japanese, Chinese and ASL.
Q: How do I get my interpretation equipment?
Equipment will be available for checking out in the registration area on Wednesday, September 12 as well as Thursday, September 13.
MISC. Q: Can I bring my children to convention?
We welcome mature children 14 years and above in any of the General Sessions and Breakout Sessions provided they are not disruptive and are accompanied by a parent, tickets must be purchased for each person attending. There is no charge for nursing infants. dōTERRA will provide a Mother's Lounge with live feed. Please be considerate of those around you when bringing nursing infants.
Q: I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of registration must be made in writing by fax to 801-355-0250 or email to email@example.com and received no later than August 17th, 2012. All Cancellations will be assessed a $50 fee through June 30th, 2012; $100 fee through August 16th, 2012. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after August 16th, 2012. Pre-registration closes September 1st; after this date registration must take place on site.
Children under the age of 14 will not be permitted unless express written consent is given by doTERRA. No substitutions permitted; a $50 transfer fee will be charged for any guests cancelling and transferring their registration to another individual.
